Hi, I had a session scheduled for 10:00 but the link you guys gave me says: Inactive module, and it doesn't even ask me for the key...

What am I supposed to do???

A friend of mine tried from his windows computer and he says it tells him to download some script... why doesn't it tell me that on my mac???

In case anybody else finds this thread - the problem was resolved by updating Java.
