3bet preflop EP / MP / LP stats - explanation pls!

im using PT3 and ive been wondering what EP MP LP 3bet stats are, is it that people 3bet x % from these positions OR do they 3bet preflopraisers from EP / MP / LP that much ?

If you're talking about the built-in "3Bet Preflop" stat set up for EP/MP/LP positions in the Hud then it is how often they 3Bet from those positions.
The 'Position' property in the Hud always refers to the position of the player in question when they took that action.
