Hud not working for rush tournaments.

Hi!

I took a break from poker lately and have come back. Now the hud doesn't appear on rush tournaments on ftp. I remember it worked when I played them last year. I am running the latest PT3 beta, on a Mac if that makes any difference. PT3 and the hud work on every other games. I made a few final tables on the rush tournies and the hud didn't even appear there even though it's technically rush anymore at that point. So what's going on?

The HUD does not work at Rush tables on Mac because Mac OS security prevents PT3 interacting with other applications in the way that it can on Windows.

Will RUSH HUD be worked on for MAC OS?

The RUSH HUDE worked with my mac the first two day (with a lag) then i downloaded the new beta and it stopped working for rush all together.
Will Rush HUD ever work on MAC? if so, this is def something to be worked on..

and now with the new BETA. PT3 is loading all new rush ,that are the same limit, INTO a new RUSH limit category.
I have 1859 Hands played with "player" under ".25 PL HI (6max)" -(rush stats from old version only)
Since the beta, I have the above, and new hands (around 50hands) with "player" under ".25 PL HI RUSH (6max)" -(diff category, diff stats) same player, same limit?!

Can i combine these stats? Since they are the same?! PT3 is tracking them differently.
It is basically making my past rush hand history useless since it started a new category and limit. It stated stats and hand count over?

Sorry, that last post was a little confusing. Let me Clarify

Limit | Hands | etc...further stats |

$0.25 PL HI (6max) | 1553 | . .. .. . . ..

$0.25 PL Hi RUSH (6max) | 32 | . . . . . ..


I only play 6max rush, so these stats are the same limit. It categorized them wrong with new beta. They should be combined. And now all new hands obviously load into 2nd category. Which is fine, but it makes stats for 1st category useless.
I run PT3 on a MAC, so I cannot use a HUD while playin, so i use the PT3 general stats etc. to categorize my opponent while playing. So i basically look them up manually in PT3 system. Thats why i need these stats correct and in same limit?!

Rush stats should have always been importing as a RUSH limit. You can adjust the limits using the Database --> Database Management --> Adjust Limits section to force them all to match. In the future RUSH sessions should import as RUSH.

Alright. Im having lots of troubles. So at this point, I feel like i've messed with too many things. Id like to delete and reinstall PT3. Im no computer noob but I would like to do this properly. What's the best way to go about deleting and reinstalling PT3 regarding these problems.?!?

PT3 holds my "hand history"
PT3 has my entire hand history, things that arent available in my FULL TILT "hand history" directory because they are so old. So I am worried that my database will be partially erased if I fully delete PT3. Assume my fulltilt hand history is empty and PT3 has all data
I also read about some problem reinstalling the PostrQSL. Should I leave this alone all in all or can i Delete this as well and redownload it without it having any effect on the program?

Here is an Idea actually pertaining to this Board Topic.

Since there is no RUSH HUD for MAC OS I look up players manually in PT3 as I play them. To view their VPiP. PfR. Af. etc... This requires alot of clicking and switching between tabs such as , General, and Position if I want to see if opponent raises the Button alot..........

To shortcut all this is it possible to make a " HUD " tab, or button I can click, to open players HUD.

ex: Im playing "BingoMan" in Rush, theres no HUD, so i manually type his name in PT3 to get history. Then click on View Player HUD, and his HUD pops up on my screen for me to examine. (the hud has much more in depth detail than the general PT3 tabs.) This would be extremely helpful.
