Lock Poker HUD

Postby Highlow16 » Fri May 13, 2011 1:54 pm

Hello,

Im trying to configure my HUD for Lock Poker and my stats arent lining up properly. I am playing 6max tables and under the import window for preferred seating I have 6 seat table selected, and seat 5 (the one directly to the right of the far left seat). Am i missing something?

Also its showing all my stats, not just from the current table. How do I change this? Thanks

Is it always off by the same amount on every table or does it vary? It sounds like it may not be detecting you as the hero - otherwise it wouldn't ever show your lifetime stat.

It varies. How do I make sure it recognizes me as the hero?

You shouldn't need to do anything special - it varying though makes it sounds like that's what's going on. Could you attach some hand histories from your sessions to a support ticket so that we can investigate further? This shouldn't be happening and hopefully those files can help us figure out what's going on here.

This is happening to me too but at Carbon and in 9 handed tables. Was working fine when they had all 10 handed tables, but they recently switched to 9 handed. Wondering if that may be the cause?

Just noticed that OP said it's showing all his stats. That's not happening w/ me, but the overlay is screwy. I sit in seat 5 and seats 7, 8, 9, 1, 2, and 3 are consistently out of alignment.

Please follow the directions in the Troubleshooting section of the Tutorial: Preferred Seating, and also the notes in the Merge Network section, and if you still have problems then report your problem - logs, hand history and screenshot of a single table should let us see what is going on.

It's possible that has something to do with it - if their "full size" tables changed from 10 to 9 seats it's possible the wrong layout is being used by default. Your logs should give us an indication of that. What kind of tables is this for? (It looks like cash?) Are they consistently 9-max now? It looks like tournament tables still have 10 seats?

Ya, it was actually working totally fine before they switched to 9 handed tournaments. So far all of the ones I've played have been 9 handed so I'm assuming they all are. I had switched my preferred seating to 9 handed before my session, so it was on the correct layout. I'll log my next session and send you the files.

Thanks. Is that scheduled tournaments rather than SNGs?
