Ongame Hud MTTs

Postby fockfish » Sun Jun 26, 2011 8:54 am

Obviously, I saw all the other posts regarding auto-center and so on...
I am a bit worried, cause I havent seen my special problem!

Playing 3-table-tourneys at Ongame I have the problem that (after being put to a new table) the stats are the same like they are at the old table...
Usually, hud "resets" these data and loads the new ones (that happened in the past)- now, its not only that there is no reset, but the old data stay at the new table! Obvioulsy these data are wrong and not fitting to the players...

I use the version 3.11.2 beta

If you stop and restart the auto import, do you start getting the proper stats then?

Hi!

Yes, that works in 90% of the cases... In 10% (well, thats a rough approx by me) it happens that no results are shown at all...

Please, the next chance you get, report the issue once it happens and we'll look into what we can do.

I have exactly the same problem! Please help me to fix it!

And I am using the same version as you. Should I reinstall older version?

couldnt find something about my problem around here .... ( Im very new to Ongame )
The HUD "save layout" function doesnt work . It will remeber the right position for the exact Sngo , but not for other Sngos .
Restarting PT3 doesnt seem to change anything .

Are the other SnGs of the same type or are they different types of SnG?

When you restart PT3 and restart the HUD, does the one SnG you repositioned things for stay repositioned or does that need to be repositioned again as well?
