Different values between winnings and graphs

I noticed today that the amount won/lost on the graph tab was different than what is shown on the winnings tab. Further, the hands tab matches the graph tab and the sessions tab matches the winnings tab. First, I found that some 6max hands were imported as FR, so I purged and reimported those. They now show up as 6max, but there is still a difference. I have gradually crawled through the data and so far the way I can reproduce this is if there is a gap in the dates played. So if I have hands for 7/1, 7/2, 7/3, 7/5, 7/6, 7/7, etc. There will be a difference if I filter for 7/1 - 7/7. If I only filter for 7/1-7/3, 7/5-7/7, or one day at a time, everything matches.

Two questions:
1. Anyway around this?

2. If not, which tab should be the correct value?

Please read the link at the bottom of the General tab when you have a filter enabled, which explains why you see this difference.
If you set the My Day Starts At option in the Settings Window to a time that you never play (e.g. 5am) it should resolve the discrepency.

That didn't work. Although setting this to 5AM makes more sense for my sessions. Still this doesn't seem to be a session thing, but a date range gap thing. I am seeing this when there are days where I didn't play at all not just that the session crossed midnight.

Now, I didn't rebuild the cache after applying this though, is that required for this fix?

I understand the deal with the player summary v player statistic, but I have another issue that I will start a new thread about that MAY relate.

I reimported hands from a couple of limits into a new database and the date discrepancy seems to be gone there, but the numbers are different than what was in the original DB. I suspect some corruption because Merge is goofy.

Now, if I purge all the Merge sessions and reimport them in my existing DB, will the reimport add those hands to the existing players and basically double their hand counts up?

If you purge the sessions it will remove stats for them, so a re-import will not double up.

also for me.
It shows a different value for money won and also for hands played. All the cache is at 100%. No Filter at all.
If I set a filter like e.g. MONTH or YEAR, it's ok. Only without filters, it seems to be present.
But I don't know how to solve it.

On the Winnings tab do you have any sessions that are reported as having imported from a very odd date (like January 1, 1979)?

No, I haven't.
I tried to change currency configuration and I selected EUR.
Now on the graph it shows 3 different balances (1 for hands in EUR, 1 for hands in GBP and 1 for hands in USD). Ths is right (I played on Ipoker in every currency).
In the winnings chart, however, I find only $total amount and the amount doesn't match with the total nominal amount won, shown in the graphs and doesn't match also with total amount won, shown in the graphs and calculated with currencies ratings.
But now we are almost perfect with number of hands played. :)

Please try doing a Rebuild Cache via Database > Housekeeping and if that doesn't help then attach screenshots to a Support ticket to illustrate your problem and we'll investigate further.

I'll do it as soon as possible and I thank you for the attention.
I think, however, that is a problem aboput currency or something like this. But I don't know and I'm not a master in this kind of stuffs :)
