Sorry for bringing this up again, but I really need your help. I did everything as I said I will do. I split my hands into four separate databases. Each of databases contains hands for three months period for last twelve months. I set up the HUD to use all four databases, my table scanner is also collecting information about players from all four databases, there's no performance issues, everything is working in perfect order... except one small thing. I noticed that for some of the players HUD stats are not updating at all. For example, I've been playing against some new guys for days already, but when I look at the stats they are based on only 27 played hands (for example), and those stats are not getting updated as PT3 collects new hands. When I checked into the PT3, there is over 3000 of hands collected for that player. While this is the problem for some of the players, on the other hand, for others, there are no problems at all. Their stats are updating normally, like it was always the case, and I can't find the difference between one and other players.

What could be wrong here? I tried to find the glitch by myself, but i really have no idea. Can you help me on this one?

Thanks.

Is your cache at 100% on all of your databases?

Do you use the Player Icon stat in your HUD?
That can cause problems with multiple databases – try removing it from your layout, including pop-ups.

Yes, the cache on all of my databases is at 100%, and yes, I do use player icon stat in my HUD. Now when you mentioned the icon stat, the problem started after I did auto-rating of the players. I will turn it off for my next session and let you know are the things running normally.

Player icon was the problem. When I turned it off, everything is working fine, although I didn't realize before how much I'm using it while playing. I find it as a perfect stat for brief player estimation, and when you play 8-10 tables that's a quite often situation. Never mind, it's not so much important. Thanks for the help.

This issue still hasn't been fixed I see.
I'm on 38 hours now purging hands with an ETA of 62830:36:23
Guess I'm forced to hit cancel if I ever want to play poker with PT3 running again.

Will it ever be possible to purge hands from your database in a reasonable time?

***edit: I see I posted this in the wrong spot, but I don't see a delete post button so...***

It should be in our latest beta version - we have not been able to reproduce any slowdowns in that version. If you are experiencing this issue in that version, please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link (you can cancel the purge), then reproduce and report it. Your logs will contain considerable information which we can use to figure out what is likely causing the problem and what we need to do to get it fixed.
