Unable to connect to database: PokerTracker 3 Database

Hi,

I have a problem with PT3 today: as I try to import some hands, PT3 tells me:

"Fatal Exception during Auto-Import process: Unable to connect to database: PokerTracker 3 Database"

What's strange is that I haven't changed anything since the last time I used it. Can anybody help me?

Please post PT3 issues in the PT3 section - PAHud is a separate application which only works with PT2.

Try rebooting your computer - this is normally caused by a Windows update and a reboot will fix it.

If not, please read our Firewall Guide as that is the other likely cause.
