PT3: Tournament HUD Problem; Cash no HUD-Problem

Hello,

I am using Pockertracker 3 with Pokerstars. On cash-game-tables the PT3 HUD works, but on Tournament tables no HUD is shown. I already set the poker client software in english. I see, that hands are imported by PT3, in cash-games and in tournament games. But only in cash-tables the HUD is shown.

Does somebody can help me?

If you're not using Beta 29.1 please update.

You need to have PokerStars INSTALLED in English, not just writing hand histories in English.

How can I see what Beta I have?

In my about i only see "Version 3.00 build 4".

Build 4 is significantly out of date. Please go to our download page, download the Beta 29.1 Upgrade and run it while PT3 is closed. That will update you to the latest version of PT3 and will likely fix your problems.

Hi,
I have the same problem. Tracker is importing hands, I can see HUD in cash games, but not in SNG tournaments
I have the newest poker stars client in english now (before now in czech, reinstalled because of the same problem), trial version of poker tracker 3.10 yesterday downloaded
What I have to do to see HUD?

Please update to the latest version 3.11.5 and if you still have problems check the FAQ: PT3 HUD which has solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem for investigation if it doesn't help.
