Unrecognized file format - please help

I have the Pokertracker v3.07.04 beta and cannot import any hand histories. Can you please help? This is what i get:

You need to have PokerStars and the hand histories from PokerStars set to save in English in order for PT3 to function properly.

Hi,

I have the same Problem.
The hand histories are already set at Pokerstars to save in english, but I have still the error message "Unrecognized file format.".

It seems to be that PokerTracker writes the hands in the correct folder and Pokertracker also picks them correctly up to auto import.
But I can't see any entries in the statistics Tab.

I'm Using windows 7 and Pokertracker 3.1.

Please update to the latest version 3.11.9 - PokerStars have updated their software several times since v3.10 was released.
