PT Omaha doesnt register

hi,

i bought the PTOmaha addon, and got a registrations-key. But i cant register the Omaha-Version.
Now the trial-time is over, and it says: Please register

Where can i enter the registration-code?
When i use the help/register tab, there is only a "exit"-button.
In my PT-Account, my registration and purchase is listed.

Can you help me?

There should be a box at the bottom left of that window to enter the registration code into. If you cannot find that box, please take a screenshot of what you do see and attach it to a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you.

Hi. I'm having the exact same problem. Nowhere to enter the code, only says "You got 0 days left of your Omaha trail". Was there an easy solution to the problem, or do I have to fill in a new support ticket?

If you purchased an Omaha code instead of an Omaha Add-on one of our support technicians can fix it via the support system for you.

I buyed PT3 hold'em in january and registered it without problem. In april I've buyed omaha add-on and then received a new registration code but I don't know how to enter it. Do I need to uninstall PT3 to reinstall it with the new registration code ?

When you purchase an add-on version you should not get a new code - the new module should be added to your existing code, so you may have chosen the wrong option. Please create a Support ticket and explain the situation and we'll get your licenses sorted out for you.
