PokerTracker 3 not working

Hi !

I just configured the PT3 for PokerStars,
Imported old HH (actually, I didn't, didn't had any, anymore)

Now I want to start PT3, and where the Pokertracker III logo was before, now it has a white transparant field.
The program is not starting, not in 15 minutes..

I may have had a trial in a long long time ago. But never used it.
But no, don't have an idea :)

This is the first time I use PT :)
had HEM before but wanted to try out another product ;)

Please get back to me asap.. I don't want to wait two days between every reply :(

Please start PT3 using the Logging Enabled link from your Start menu, then report this problem - the log files will give us considerable useful information with which to decide what is the best way to attack this problem for you.

The people here don't seem pretty smart :) if Pokertracker is not starting at all, how can I start it with logging enabled.. :roll:

I just completely reinstalled PostSQRL, and was hoping that it would work now, but instead of having the white figure, I'm now having the frozen Pokertracker logo in the middle of my screen :) can't seem to get into Pokertracker..

Installed it on my laptop yesterday, and there it is working, but I want it on my PC too :)

Just tell me how to delete EVERY SINGLE THING (even things in the registry maybe?) and I'll install everything again

The window appearing is not the first thing that happens when PT3 starts up, it's not the first thing that happens by far. The logging enabled will start PT3 with logging and we can see data in the logs even if PT3 never gets past the splash screen - it is designed specifically for this purpose and could tell us (for example) if PostgreSQL is not running, or if it's searching for a database that does not exist. Seeing the logs would help considerably here.

Really lozing my patience. PT is great on my laptop, but on my pc it just doesn't work and i have to wait too long for help..

You need to settle down and stop acting like a dickhead. Kraada is trying to help and if you follow his advice you will probably get this sorted out.

I agree.. But it's not normal I have to wait for a good solution.

There must be an Express way ? Just by deletin everything or so..

On my laptop it's working..
