NEED HELP WITH SHOWING MULTI SITE STATS

Hello,
I am just trying the trial program and it reall is helping, but also seems very confusing at times. My question for now is I play on both 888poker.com as well as Full Tilt, my Full Tilt stats are showing just fine but not my 888poker stats, even though my hand history is set to save in a certain folder. I just won some money on 888, but its not showing just my Full Tilt. I have filters set to show 888, so i am not sure what the problem is.

For example I was played a couple $1 sit and gos on full tilt and lost all 3. On 888, I just won a total of $6 today, but on Poker tracker it is still showing my MTT tourneys a negative of $3.

Any help would be appreciated..thanks
