Unable to make a backup

I have got a new computer and wanted to make a Backup for the new computer. At that moment I had v3.09.3 installed.
When press File->Backup the PT3 freeze and I had to force windows to closed it. Then I downloaded the v3.09.1. But the same think happend here.

I have made a support ticket. But I wanted to write here, in case it was a known issue.

PT3 can sometimes take quite a while to bring that window up - how long did you give it before closing PT3?

I waited like 20 min.

But I have manage to make the backup now.

My computer is normal connected to a server. And when it is not connected to the server it cannot find all the drives. Even thou my database is on my local c drive. So I think that was the problem. I have no problem making the backup, when connected to the server.
