Doyle's Room fail

I saw that the new beta had Yatahay included so I thought I'd play a game on Doyle's. Didn't work at all.

Seems PT3 was able to detect the HH files just fine but yet nothing was recorded. I am fairly confident I have DR set to record the HHs but that software isn't the best I've ever seen. Is PT3 set up for MTTs or just cash games?

It should work for both - could you please attach the hands that didn't import to a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you?

I will... as soon as I can figure out this DR software. :)

It may very well be I haven't done something on the site to tell it to save the HHs. Any clue to where I would do this in case I missed it?

I'm pretty sure that the software will save hand histories by default – I don't remember having to turn that on when I tried it.
If PT3 is recognising hand history files then they must be being saved. If you click on Yatahay Network Configuration you can check which folder PT3 thinks the files are in, and check there. (Note that PT3 will move the files to PokerTracker 3\Processed when you stop the Auto Import.)

If you still can't get it working please report your problem as Kraada suggested, and include one of the hand history files which doesn't work.

I don't think they were recorded, I found nothing in either place.

I'll give it another shot and see if I can tell if they are being recorded as I play.
