HUD groups disappear

Iv'e made some changes in my HUD groups and suddenly they are gone !
Whenever i change the name of a group it causing problems, the groups are all mess up and some of them disappear. (Iv'e tried few times to importing new group, creating new one and changing the name of a group - what seems to cause the problem is changing the name of it).

I can not express how furies i am !!!
I spent tons of time customizing it the way i want and i have no backup of it.
Also i could not play all day and i can not play until it will be solved(i cant play without my HUD).

I make partial living out of poker and this issue cost me tons of money and tons of time !
I am VERY disappointed and angry and seriously considering moving to your competitor. This kind of problem is not acceptable !

It sounds like you may have changed how the groups are supposed to be displaying - you can change the Groups display properties on the Groups tab of the Configure HUD window. For a detailed tutorial on the options there, please see the Tutorial: Managing HUD Groups.

I did not mean that the group disappear from the table. The group themselves actually disappear from the groups list in the Configure HUD window.

What version of PT3 are you currently using? The renaming functions work properly for me in our latest beta (3.09.3).

Please try upgrading to 3.09.3 and see if it works better for you there.

I upgraded and still have problems.
The problem happening when i make the same name for a popup and regular group. It might happen in different conditions also but this thing cause it for sure.

Anyway, i can forget about my custom groups for sure? Or is there a chance i can restore it somehow?

Ok now I do see that behavior - you can't have two groups with exactly identical names. I don't think you'll be able to get that group back unless you had exported it previously, but I'll poke at it a little and see what I can do. I'll also make a note to speak to someone about entering a warning for people who try to edit a group's name to exactly match another group.

Why the hell is it deleting one of the groups instead of brining an error message? This is so bad ...

I agree that it's not how the behavior should work and I'll make sure this gets fixed for future releases. I don't know how long it's been this way but the issue hadn't been brought to my attention until now.
