MAC HUD - Save Layout doesn't work

Greetings,

I have been battling this for some time, the save layout function doesn't seem to work. Just when I get my HUD set up how I like, I chose Save Layout from the PT title bar icon. It doesn't seem to have any affect at all, after restarting my poker software, PT3, or computer, the layouts return all jumbled, covering stacks and hole cards. I have explored the options of preferred seating to make sure they are correct.

It would be one thing if the plaques were in even the slightest correct position, but they seem to appear somewhat randomly, not even shifted off by [x] seats. Some players player's HUDs appear directly on top of eachother.

How can I remedy this?

What site are you playing at?
Are you playing short-handed (e.g. 6-max) tables? Are they shown as 6-max in the tracker? Make sure that Adjust Qualifying Tables Limits is ticked on the Auto Import > Preferences.
The Troubleshooting section of the Tutorial: Preferred Seating should sort things out in most cases.
