multitable sngs wrong type

Postby star5328 » Sat Feb 19, 2011 10:41 am

2 table turbo sngs will display as 2 table turbo sngs or mtt turbo depending on whether or not you reach the final table. Last time I used pokertracker it wasn't like this. Just by importing the summary they would all display the same. There is no possible way that you actually have to go change each one you didn't final table to 2 table turbo sng right?

Please attach a few example hand history (and summary, if you have them) files to a Support ticket and explain the issue and we'll pass them on to the development team to see if the Auto Detect rules can be improved. Some that are correct and some that aren't would be useful.

really? You've had to have heard about this 100 times by now. 2 table 18 person sng on stars. If you do not final table pokertracker recognizes it as "mtt turbo". If you do final table, it recognizes it as 2 table turbo sng, as it should. You shouldn't need hand histories/summaries to be able to tell whats going on. If the autodetect thing can't be perfected you might as well scrap it, I was fine with importing summaries from my email anyways...its like 2 clicks. Everything was recognized just fine when it worked that way.

You can disable the auto detect options during imports if you prefer, but we do not have time to play lots of every single type of tournament at every site so we need example files for types which don't work correctly and we'd appreciate the ticket so that we can get this sorted out.
