How do I merge these limits?

A simple question with a simple answer. I hope.

How do I merge these limits?
$0.25 NL (6 max)
$0.25 USD NL (6 max)
etc.

They are both USD limits. No euro games are played.

The "USD" limits should no longer be being imported (that was caused by a change to the PokerStars software a while back, IIRC) so I'd suggest changing those to the other type.

They are in fact limits from a while ago. I haven't really played much since and noticed today after I kept switching limits for a bit that they are indeed not stacking, hence my question.
