Stats recorded in wrong spot

Every time I play PS $2.20 - 10 table SNGs it's recording them as if I played in a $2.20 MTT which is incorrect. How do we fix this?

I emailed support and was asked if i had any filters on which I didn't. I've only had the PT3 for like 5 days and I'm not that creative. I haven't fiddled with much of anything so needless to say i'm not happy that I'm already having issues.

I click on 'Begin auto import' then after every tournament, i click 'stop auto import' then go to the Texas hold'em tab and hit 'refresh' under 'tournaments'. My hand histories are recorded correctly under the 'tournaments' tab and the number of 'sessions' appears to be correct as well under the same tab.

the error is under the 'General' tab in the 'Player Summary' window.

You can edit that tournament manually via the Tournaments --> Enter Holdem (or Omaha) Results window.

If you also attach the hand history of the tournament that is getting mistagged to your support ticket we can see what we can do to make sure that the importer properly detects it as a 10 table SnG in the future.

I just played in a $5 - 10 table SNG on PS and AGAIN, it recorded it as a MTT not an SNG.

So it seems ALL my SNG tourneys are being mistagged.

Which specific version? There are two "current" versions - the main 3.08.1 version and the 3.09.3 Beta. Check the title bar of PT3.

A 10 table SNG is a multi-table tournament and will be tagged as MTT, but should also include the SNG tag, and if there is enough information in your hand histories "10 table" will be included, but that isn't specified explicitly in the HH files.

It's the 3.09.3 Beta

There's no SNG tag however.

I don't know if this will help to isolate the problem, but when I initially installed the software, I had HHs for a handful of tournaments (both micro SNG and MTT) that I'd played prior to purchasing PT3. Those 10 table SNGs were recorded as such:

$2.00 MTT 10-Table SNG in the 'Player Summary' window.

But all ensuing SNGs I've played since the install have not recorded as SNG.

Could you send us some of the newer tournaments that are not being tagged with SNG via the support system? That will help us figure out what's going wrong here.
