hud on ladbrokes/microgaming

after installin pokertracker 3 i gor itt working with bose media, but nothing i di seem to make ti work on ladbrokes.

i have looked throu thr forum and not found anything conclusive.
Is the hud not suported on ladbrokes atm, or am i doing something wrong?

The HUD works properly for Microgaming only for cash games tables at this time - if you're playing tournaments the hands will import but the HUD will not display.

Are your hands importing successfully though? Also, have you looked at the Microgaming Configuration Guide?

I only play cash game, and i already tryed the tutorial

no, i dont think so. all the old hands where imported, but i don´t think its getting any new hands

Try stopping the import and clicking the Clear Databases Now button and see if that fixes things then. It's definitely configured properly if you're getting that message.

This is what I get with the tournament I'm playing right now. No hands importing like they used to. A general issue or just a problem with this specific tournament?

Try also doing the Clear Databases Now step described above and see if that helps. If it doesn't, please let me know what tournament this is that you're having trouble with.
