hi,

i started to play on redkings which is on ongame. it freezed four times now and i didnt even play 30 hands yet. how can i solve this issue?

What version of PT3 do you have?
OnGame updated their software a few months ago which causes this problem. Try updating to v3.09.6 Beta and make sure the "HUD Always on Top" option is enabled on the Auto Import > OnGame Configuration tab.

I understand that OnGame are working on a further update for their software so that this will no longer be necessary, but I don't have any detail on that at the moment.
