Hi,

1. Bodog is not working for me...I did anything suggested in the Bodog Hand Grabber manual. What else do you need/can I send to you?

2. Had a converstation with their customer support cause I wanted them to send me the missing HH which is obviously not possible. They also insisted that PT3 or HEM are not allowed on Bodog. Is this true?

What version of PT3 are you using? If it's not 3.10 you should update.

If you still can't get it working please report your problem so that we can investigate further.

2. PT3 is allowed on all sites that we support. PokerTracker management have contacts at Bodog and always comply with sites' terms and conditions. PT3 only records actions taken in hands that you actually play, so does not break any rules.

re: 2) Their customer support is quite ignorant and poorly trained these days. Only trust answers out of the people on the phone in canada.
