My FTP time settings are in AEST.

I recently opened an account with PartyPoker and played my first hands today. I think because I am playing from the Play Anywhere interface (apparently I can't play on a local client application on OS X) the interface did not create its own HH folder so after I finished playing, I had to manually create my own HH folder.

I created it under /Applications/PartyGaming/PartyPoker/HandHistory/(userName)

I then performed a HH request to be emailed to me which I then imported to a txt file and used the manual import function from PT3.

It seems that the times for the HH had an incorrect formatting though and PT3 assumed a default setting. This meant that all my hands took place at the same time and finished at the same time. An extract from PT3 session hands exported looks like this:

I also found a problem with a single FTP MTT entry where according to PT3, I played for 179.12 hrs. Of course this is incorrect and I have attempted to manually import the MTT HH and Tourney summary to no avail.

PT3 displays:

The finish time and HH times are correct however the start time for the MTT is incorrect. Rather than 6/03/11 0:45, it should be 13/03/03 11:02

Can you please explain to me how I can change the start/finish time for my sessions as so my stats are accurate.

Your Party hands will need to be saved in a plain text file, not as .rtf (Rich Text Format). Please try that first. You will need to purge the affected session(s) before you can re-import them.

If that doesn't help, and for your Full Tilt issues, please attach the relevant hand history files to Support tickets - one for each site / issue would be ideal - and we'll investigate.

As usual, it worked...

Except...

After purging the PP sessions and the FTP MTT, I manually imported them again and was mostly successful.

When importing the PP HH again, I received the response:
