poker stars hand observed but not imported

how can i downgrade to last stable 1.09 ?

Do you have PokerStars set to save your hand histories correctly? Can you import hands from other table types at Stars?

I'm having a somewhat similar problem since moving to Version 10. I can see my SNG tournaments in the database and look at them but they are not being moved to the processed folder so that my SNG wizard can get to them.

Everything was working fine until I upgraded. :(

In 3.10 the processed files are moved to subfolders of the processed folder based on the date the hands were imported.
