PT3 Wont work for cash game on pokerstars

This is what it says when I try it on a cash game. I got it to work on tourneys though. Any help would be appreciated. I'm pretty sure it is a database problem

That most likely indicates a problem with your database, and possibly a hard disk error.

Please try running Database > Housekeeping with the Reindex option ticked in addition to the defaults.

The second reason for this error is a result of faulty hardware. You can set PostgreSQL to ignore these errors by clicking Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Configuration Files --> Edit postgresql.conf. In the configuration file that appears, go to the bottom of the file and add the text “zero_damaged_pages = on” on a new line and then save and close the file. Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Reload Configuration and PostgreSQL will ignore the damaged data. If you continue to have problems with that hard drive, you should consider replacing it.
You might want to run "chkdsk" to see if you have any disc errors, and hopefully fix them.

i installed PT3
cash is ok , works fine
but tournament doesnt work, no import hand , no hud
what to do

Please see the HUD FAQ for a list of the common reasons the HUD may not display (e.g. having Stars not in English).

ps is in english, it works fine w cg, tournament hands are imported, but the hud doesnt pop up

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.

Hi,

i had the same problem as the opener of this thread, did housekeeping with Reindex enabled. Now Hand-Import works again, but my database doesn`t work. All players are shown on the left (>100,000), but only hands played since the housekeeping are shown (no filters enabled). The problem was caused by a hard disk error which is fixed now. Is there a chance to rescue my database, or do I have to load my latest backup (which is 4 months old :cry: ).
