Mac multiple monitors bug

Postby takethepain » Mon Apr 04, 2011 10:29 am

When I want to multi-table I hook my macbook up to an external monitor (which functions as the 'main monitor', and move the pokertracker window onto the secondary monitor (now my macbooks monitor). When I disconnect my external monitor and fire up poker tracker again, the main window does not appear on my screen. From minimizing it from the window menu, it appears to be come from 'off' the screen, i.e. it still thinks there is a second monitor there. The only solution I have found is to hook the computer back up to the monitor and then manually move it across to my primary screen which then lets me use the program once more.

Any suggestions?

This is a known issue - at this point in time we recommend moving PT3 back to the main monitor before closing it, though you can edit the PokerTracker.cfg file (~/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker/PokerTracker.cfg) and set MainPos=0,0 while you're on just your laptop and then start PT3 to get it back - that'll keep you from having to have the secondary monitor around.

If you'd like automated notification of when this issue is fixed, please create a support ticket and we'll make certain you get notification when a version is available that no longer experiences this issue.
