History with special Characters

Hello together,

I installed the trial 60day Version. Now i have a Special Character in my PS username. PT3 is not able to autoimport the history from this folder created from Pokerstars. I tried to import manually. If i change the foldername into a name without special character, it's working fine, but if i leave it like it was created, i have the same problem. PT3 stuck and i have to restart it (waited almost an hour). It is not a problem of a huge historyfile, i also tried it with a small new one.

Is there a way to fix that, cause i do not want to change my account on PS cause PT3 is not able to read my folders.

I also tried to change the path in the PokerTracer.cfg, but the path still not working with the special Character.

Are you using a Mac? If so, this is a known bug that will be fixed in our next beta release, which is due out hopefully sometime this week (pending successful testing). If not, please send us a screenshot of the folder and a hand history file with your screennname in it to a support ticket and PM me the ticket number and I'll try to make sure this fix gets in the next beta as well.
