hi having problems. my hud is not coming up on the tables. i have the little pt3 symbol come up just no stats. any ideas everything i see is filled out right

Are you using multiple databases in your setup or just one?

i did. but i deleted the original one and have a new one i have used for about a year

you are reffering to the main database. not the hud part aint you

Yes if you had multiple databases you could have PT3 configured to import hands to one database but not read from that database in the HUD. If you did that, it would look a lot like what you're describing.

Have you taken a look at the HUD FAQ? It has a list of other common reasons the HUD might not display.

well i have got it selected onto the current database that i use. i looked through thissection and it all looks thing what i can see

Is the cache at 100% in all databases used by the HUD? Running Database > Housekeeping may well fix your problem.
If not, please report your problem - your logs should tell us what is going on.
Please include a Backup of the default Optional Files (no databases) with your logs so that we can check out your HUD config. Make a note of which HUD Profile you are using and what type of tables you are playing.
