Problem after updating from micro omaha

No data is removed when you update. Please check that you don't have a filter enabled - click "Clear".
Do you have more than one database? Check that you're still connected to the correct database - if not, can you see it in Database > Database Management? If not, you can reconnect to it by clicking New there and choosing Browse to Existing Database.
