HUD stats not up to date...

Hi,
I quit playing Everest poker for a few months and when I returned the HUD stats on my opponents from last year don't show up anymore. I recognize some of the players and still see the notes I have on them but not the stats (only stats from the last few days). I can still see all those older stats when I review a hand in the replayer though. There I have for instance 1K hands on villain but only the most recent onces show up at the table.
Didn't change any settings and don't have that problem at any other site (PS, iPoker)...

What version of PT3 are you using? (see the title bar of PT3)

It sounds like you only have 1 database - is that right?
Is your cache at 100% in the status bar of PT3? Try running Database > Housekeeping with the ReIndex and Rebuild Cache options ticked in addition to the defaults.

If you still see the same thing please report your problem - please reproduce the problem on a single table and identify a player(s) you have more hands on, and include a screenshot to illustrate, along with your log files.

I'm using v3.10. Should I update?
And yes only one database I think.
I tried the housekeeping as you described and my cache status went from 94% to only 95%.
There was a very long list of errors during the house keeping process (only ran for about 2 minutes). Should I add that to the report? If so copy/paste that list or can I find it somewhere else?

If housekeeping isn't completing then that indicates problems.
Please enable logging and restart PT3 then run housekeeping again. When it finishes attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support ticket so that we can see all the error messages.

Problem is solved! Thx for the quick replies.
During housekeeping I got the same error message every time:
ERROR: column "amt_rbstat" does not exist LINE 373: ((sum (holdem_hand_player_statistics.amt_won)) + amt_rbStat)
I simply removed the column and everything was back to normal. It's a stat that never worked for me anyway, don't know if it's something I did wrong or if the stat itself is no good?
It was "Total won (Including Rakeback)" made by "korjusk".
