No HUD at some single tables

Hi,

I have the following problem: I multitable and sometimes there is no HUD at one of the tables. The other tables work well and the import also works. Even the import of the table which has no HUD. Is this a known problem?
I play at PokerStars and have the PokerTracker version 3.10. I hope you could help me...

Is it a certain kind of table or can it happen at any kind of table?

the tables I play are all of the same kind (FR-CG-tables, all the same limit). And sometimes -not always- one of the tables has no HUD (maybe sometimes more than one, but I can't remember exactly) but the others are ok...
Because of playing only at FR-CG-tables I can't say if this problem can happen also at SnG-tables or at any other tables.

How many tables are you playing when you see this happen and roughly how long does it take to occur?

I'm playing up to 24 tables stacked. It can take some time to notice that the HUD of one of the tables is missing. I don't know if it is always the same table where this happens(e.g. the 5th or 23th, I can't say). If I notice that this happens I shut the table down and open a new one. And I think when it happens that it happens from the beginning. I haven't noticed this problem after playing for a longer time, only at the beginnings of the sessions. But I'm not 100% sure about what I say, because I haven't concentrated on this yet.

Could you start PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and continue to play normally - next time this happens please write down the name of the table that didn't get the HUD and send us the logs as explained in this tutorial - it will get a lot easier to figure out what's going on when we can see the logs. If they turn out to be too large for you to attach just let us know in the ticket and we'll provide you special access to upload them to us.
