Error Updating Database

This error comes up every time I try to open PokerTracker and kills the program. I don't understand why it's doing this, it's a trial and my first time ever using PokerTracker.

Please read our Firewall Guide as that kind of thing can often be caused by security software.

Did PT3 install PostgreSQL for you, or did you already have it installed?
Click Start (on XP click Run), type services.msc and hit enter. In the window that appears, locate the PostgreSQL service and attempt to start it. Does it start and remain started?
