Hands tab only displaying last 10% of starting hands

I have recently played over 15000 hands on the entraction network but when i open the 'Hands' tab, only around 1500 starting hands are listed?
I have cleared all filters, but still only 10% of my starting hands are shown. Anyone know how i can get all 15000 hands displayed?

Those should display - you're 100% certain there are no filters? Are you looking at Starting Hands on the Hands tab? If you look at Final Hands you'll only see hands which at least saw a flop.

There are definitely no filters running, ive cleared everything and refreshed. Ive also got it clicked on the 'starting hands' option tab, but still only 10% of my total hands are shown.
Should i possibly re install PT3? this once fixed a few problems i experienced when i first installed the software.

I have played across 6 or 7 site over the last 10 months or so and each of these databases are working fine, its just my entraction hand data that isnt complete.

Reinstalling shouldn't matter. Do you have identical names on several different sites?

Yes i have identical names on 6 sites in my database.

Try exporting just the hands from that site and importing them into a new database - in 3.11 it shouldn't take too long - I'd like to see if it works properly then for you.
