I noticed the bolded above myself so I usually wait and use the checkbox, but crashes and the occasional "kill process now" probably account for most of the errors. Since I am fairly careful, I do wonder whether this error is occurring when I use the "sit out all" checkbox, or when I'm dealt into the final hand of a table that's breaking up, where I see the "need more players" message from the poker client. There's more than one error per file in the archive I'm submitting, so I'm thinking there's something else going on too. Ticket submitted.
I've noticed in the past that sometimes the "sit out after this hand" option means that a hand history isn't written (for some sites, not necessarily Merge), and I tend to untick the "post blinds" button instead.

i haven't shutdown PT3 or stopped importing. if there is something I can do to get this info to PT3 support to help fix the problem let me know.
Please
compress the hand history files for the session and attach them to a
Support ticket so that we can test ourselves.
I assume you just had auto import running the whole time of the session?
Did you notice if the duplicates built up during the session, or did they all come at once at the end when you stopped importing, or at some point mid-session?
