Bodog HUD issues

My HUD is acting up when I play the 10 man sng's or multitable tourneys on bodog but it works fine in cash games even when I'm running four tables . Someitmes it runs fine on two tables but when I open 3 it wont work on one of the 3. And sometimes when I'm running two tables it works on one but the stats for the other are actually the stats from table where the HUD wont show. Seems weird since my HUD works fine in cash games. I've tried restating the program and I read something about disabling the pic in but I haven't the first idea how to do that. And it seems like if that was the prob it wouldn't work so well in cash games. Any suggetions would be of great help, thx.

What version of PT3 are you currently using? If you're not using our most recent Beta, please try upgrading to that version to see if it helps fix things.

If you are running our most recent beta, please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu and reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.

I'm having the same issues. In MTT's the first table is fine but when I move the HUD does not update with the new players. The HUD does stay on the table. It looks like it updates but not correct. The last hand feature shows the hand from the previous table . The import screen shows that it is populating from the correct table but the HUD stats are not.

If I close PT and restart then I get no HUD's at all on the table and I don't see anything importing. I do have logging enable and running 3.11.3 beta.

Check that... I do see the hands being imported after the restart but no HUD.

You will need to close and re-open your table window after you are moved (between hands) to force the Bodog software to correctly update the table window to reflect the new table number.

Hello...

I got the HUD working correctly by closing and opening the window. Thanks. I am having another issue with PT tracking the tournament wins and loses. (includes SNG's) Most of the tournament summaries are not being properly updated in the Texas Holdem Tournament tabs. I know I have 3 ITM's but yet it shows 0. How do I get the tournament results to be correctly loaded into PT? I hope I don't have to enter all the results myself.

It isn't possible to detect results for MTTs when the site does not write the results to file - even SNG multi-table tournaments.
