seperating hand histories

i have started playing mtt 45 man sng's on stars.
could someone tell me how to
a) make a graph for a certain type of tournie eg. 45 man sng's and then seperate these tournies by buyin
and
b) how would i seperate the hand histories specific to the buyin of these tournie's so that i could review them,
eg. i have played 200 45man sng's broken down into 50@$2.50, 100@$7 and 50@$15. how do i seperate the hh's from the $7 games so that the hh's from the $2.50 and $15 games don't contaminate them?
