HUD works, but data is not stored in DB

I have zero players in cash game database but HUD works fine when I play cash game. No data is stored though. For tournaments everythin works fine. Any suggestions on how I should fix this probem?

Please check to make sure you don't have a filter set - you could have a filter set that would filter all results out. Click the Clear button at the top right to remove all filters.
