HUD not working at Ongame / Goalwin skin

Hi,

I run Pokerstars & Ongame with the Goalwin skin.

The hud is not appearing on Ongame - is there some sort of setting I need to do?

Also, more importantly, HHs do not import until my ongame is session is over. So during the session no HHs are imported, only when I close the client and hit 'begin import'.

The hands don't import until Auto Import is running. Before you start playing click Begin Auto Import - then when you start playing the hands will import and the HUD will display.

OK, I tried that.

Pokerstars HUD works a-ok

Ongame - no hud, no files importing while playing. No PT3 icon on the table either.

Please make sure that you have the correct OnGame directory in the OnGame Configuration tab - for details on how to configure this please see the OnGame Configuration Guide. Also, make sure you are running your OnGame skin as Administrator.

Please note that OnGame have updated their software and the hand histories are now being written to C:\Users\yourname\P5JavaClientSettings\handhistory. Are there any hand history files there?

Yes HHs in folder.

HHs are importing into PT3 as I play, however no hud...???

Please take a look at the HUD FAQ which has a list of common reasons for behavior like you are describing.

Well I'm stumped.

Hands import, no HUD or PT3 icon.

Oddly if I do auto-detect, it brings up Betfair folder. I have now uninstalled betfair, but it still brings up the HH folder for Betfair.

I am wondering if the Goalwin skin is incompatible with PT3? Has it been tested?

I am running XP and the HHs are in c:\documents and settings\administrator\P5JavaClientSettings\handhistory

All OnGame clients write hands to the same folder now.
If the wrong folder is auto detected you can configure it manually by clicking Add.
If the HUD isn't appearing for you when you have hands importing please report your problem so that we can check your config and troubleshoot your issue.

FAQ: Importing to PT3

OK, something odd happened, today briefly the PT3 icon came up and displayed some stats.

Then it disappeared. And it hasnt come back since.

Ideas?
