hud not showing up on Bodog

Sometimes the hud shows up, sometimes it doesn't. I 4-table 6-man sitandgo's. When the hud does work, it may only show up on some of the tables. The pt3 icon at the top middle of the table shows up, but no hud. I've tried the beta and the 3.10. I'm using vista also.


When installing I get this error:

You cannot upgrade while PT3 or Bodog is running. Please shut down PT3, shut down Bodog, then run the upgrade to 3.11.3 and afterwards everything should work properly.
