HUD disappearing on pokerstars

My hud is frequently disappearing while I play sng's on Pokerstars. It only disappears when it's my turn to act.
It seems to be working fine while playing cash game.

I have upgraded to v.3.11.5 Beta and I still have the same issue.

I haven't heard of that reported at PokerStars - are you using Windows or Mac?
Do you play other sites at the same time?

I'm using windows. I am only playing on pokerstars.

Does the HUD come back when you click on the table or anything, or does it stay away once it disappears?

Do you run any other scripts or anything to manage your tables?

Mostly the hud comes back after it has been my turn to act. When the hud disappears i can see it briefly if i rearrange the table.

I have recently downloaded TableNinja. I have tried to play without using TableNinja but the same thing happens.

Please check that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card - there shouldn't be any problems with the HUD at PokerStars tables.
If that doesn't help please report your problem so that we can investigate further.

Has this problem been resolved?

I my case, I play at PartyPoker. Each time I enter a new SNG, the HUD appears and everything works fine. When a rematch occurs (i.e. the PartyPoker client redirects us to another table without hero or villain has to interact), the same thing happens all the time: the HUD dissapears after a few seconds. I am able to make the HUD appear again by clicking the little PT3 icon (which is present all the time). But a few seconds afterwards, the HUD dissapears again. This is a systematic error.

I have TableNinja installed. It is not loaded when playing though. No other third party poker relevant applications are running (except for PT3). Newest graphics card driver is installed.

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.
