Database is not working?

I dont know what to do anymore.
I recently started playing on Rox Poker, which is a room connected to Cake Poker.
I found out that PT3 was working there and downloaded it for the 60 day trial.
I used to use HM before pt3 in other rooms, like partypoker, pokerstars. The problem that is happening is that i think the database is not working well, everytime i play on a table the hand counter starts at 1 even if i alerady played 1000 hands with the person, so its like i am playing a new person everytime, but no, i already played 1000 hands with the person and the database dont show me this. If i play multitable and there is a guy in both of my tables, it shows that i have 10 hands in one of the tables, for example, and 7 hands in the other table, and the stats are all different.

I searched before in this forum lookin for this problem and tryied everything i found:
- i alerady tried housekeeping the database with all the options marked
- i already tried to re-install postgre, and re-install PT3
- i already tried updating PT3 to the latest version
- i already tried checking the HUD options and yes, they are ALL correct
- i already tried changing the handhistory folder of Rox poker to another folder

basically i tried everything lol.. but the problem stills, i was considering creating a new database at PT3, but as i am using the trial version of 60 days thats not possible, the last thing that remains to me
is formating my computer, but i wanted to post this here before doing it.

One of the conditions of Cake allowing the HUD in PT3 (which is currently exclusive to PT3 as a trial by Cake) is that opponents' stats are from the current table session only, so what you are seeing is expected behaviour.

So even if i bought the complete PT3 the hud would still be table session only, right?

That's correct for Cake, yes. For other sites your opponents' stats will be lifetime. Your own stats are always shown for the current session only to reflect your current table image (as opponents don't know your lifetime stats).
