Manual Notes Disappearing

Having an issue where notes entered into the note editor in the HUD disappear after a few hands. I am running Notecaddy, and suspect that Notecaddy may have something to do with this. Is this a known issue? Will a log file pick up this error? If so, I will submit a log to support.
