hud for boss media not working

hud for boss media not working... hands are imported but that information are not in pt...

Do you have Boss installed in English? That is required for the HUD to work.
Regarding the information showing in PT3, do you have a filter set? That would keep the information from displaying. Click the Clear button at the top right to remove all filters.

yes boss is in english... im not using any filters...
i checked pt3 folder- processed and there are boss hand historys...
i cant find a reason why are not working...

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.
