Pokerstars.fr and pokerstars.com same time

I'm playing stars.fr and stars.com

PT3 icon comes up on both.

Stats appear on both.

But when I try to access my user id for pokerstars.fr in the stats I cannot find it. On the other hand I can see stats for other stars.fr players I have played with.

Ideas?

Do you have the same name on both? Do you have any special characters in your Stars.fr name?

Ahhh...no different user names for both sites.

I've just realised that obv PT3 does not know where my stars.fr hand histories are obv.

I added the 2nd folder to pokerstars.fr and all looks well now.

2nd point - I checked my stars.fr balance and it's +133.53euros for today.

I check pokertracker 3 for today and it is +205.20 euros. $/day on the graph is $153.86

In GENERAL table it is +153.86

I don't understand.

Are you certain you're using the Amount Won (Global) statistic in PT3? If you played in USD and want it shown in EUR you need to use Amount Won (Global) after choosing your currency preference.

I play stars.fr in EUROS.

I selected Amount won global : $205.20

Amount in GENERAL tab is 153.86. If this is euros, 153.86 euros converts to $205.20

However, when I check stars.fr cashier, I am +133.53.

I have done an HH request from stars.fr for entire playing of today, then imported into a new dbase to be sure = +153.86 vs actual +133.53 at the stars.fr cashier.

Any ideas?

What does the Amount Won (Native) stat say?
Did you get any errors reported during the imports?

I got no 'amount won (native)' option on the graph. I can however, include 'amount won (global)' which = 204.16.

Update, just played 1 hour stars.fr

According to cashier, I am -25.65 euros.

In PT3, it tells me I am -35.02euros (in the GENERAL tab).

On the graph it says -35.02 euros per day, -47.24 global.

????

That's very odd. Could you attach the hands and a screenshot of these two screens to a support ticket?
