No new stats

I get stats on the table from known people but PT does not import new hands.

What can it be, all worked long time back but now...not
on pokerstars.

I quit housekeeping afther more than 24 hours and still running

also it says hands observed but not imported.

I have set language to english

When you start auto importing do you see large numbers of duplicates?

There are no duplicates
I started housekeeping again.. but if takes more than 8 hours again I am done.
got to work on this pc tomorrow :)

If the cache is out of date it could affect HUD performance, but that shouldn't affect the imports.
Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide in the Documentation to make sure you have everything configured correctly.
Also check the FAQ: Importing to PT3 for solutions to other common importing issues.
