call pf 3bet + 4bet > 100% !?

When analyzing my stats vs others in plo I added up the call pf 3b stat and the pf 4bet, and for some players the number was actually slightly above 100%. This was HU only and over several thousand hands. I can't see any way this can occur if the stats are correct, am I wrong?

4-bets include all 4-bets and higher (5-bet, 6-bet, etc) so you can "4-bet" without actually facing a 3-bet.
For example if you 3-bet, get raised and make a 5-bet that counts as a "4-bet", but not an opportunity to call a 3-bet. 4-bet% is now 100% (1/1).
In the next hand you face a 3-bet and call. Call 3-bet% is now 100% (1/1) and 4-bet% is now 50% (1/2).
