Hello
I receive the following message when i try to open poker tracker and does not allow me to open, has anybody else had the same problem?

Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3_2011_10_29_155618
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: server closed the connection unexpectedly This probably means the server terminated abnormally before or while processing the request.

I havent been using PT3 since it expired a while back and just bought it again earlier today.
Althought I have been using it in the past on this PC today I got fllwg error message when I tried to connect:

UNABLE TO CONNECT OT THIS DATABASE. PLEASE CHECK THE CONFIGURATION

That normally indicates that your firewall is interfering with PostgreSQL. Please check our Firewall Guide.

Our default password is dbpass but you could also try postgrespass. In either case the username should be postgres.

how come the HUD only worked for 5 min or so and suddenly stopped - no error msg whatsoever to be found.
I stopped the HUD and restarted again but still doesnt work.

now only one out of 4 tables (stars) shows HUD but it only shows stats for 1 hand - and the stats or messed up and dont match to player names?
I remember this to work much better 6 months ago ??

think i found the issue but not sure about how to solve it:

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link via your Start Menu, reproduce and report this problem - your log file will contain considerable information to help us figure out exactly what is causing the problem and exactly what we need to do to get it fixed.

how come I am not getting answers right here - this is the forum for thechnical support !!!!!!!!!!
the other way u are suggesting is way complicated specially when I am running 20 tables session and try not to loose any money because of a program I bought is not working and not providing the service I PAID for.
And on top of all that the support seems to be sub-optimal to say the least.

You do not need to manually copy anything - the file writes itself and contains far more information than you see in PT3. Once we have it we will be able to diagnose exactly what is going on in your situation.
