Bodog HUD Not Updating

Postby dngaul » Sun Nov 06, 2011 10:44 am

I'm running PT3 v3.11.5

Hand grabber and HUD start up fine. HUD initially displays as expected, but after several hands the HUD stops updating. The hand grabber continues to work. If I stop and then restart the auto import, the HUD is updated to reflect all imported hands. Sometimes the HUD will then update properly for a few hands, but for the majority of the time I have to stop and restart the auto importer to get the HUD to update. Naturally, I lose a couple of hands each time I restart the importer.

I am using Avast antivirus. I have to disable it in order to import hands.

Does the cache status say 100% in the Status Bar at the bottom of PT3? If not, please run Database > Housekeeping.

There is an option called Refresh Rates in the HUD Options which can give this kind of behaviour so please check that you have that set up correctly.

You should not need to disable your antivirus to use PT3 with Bodog as long as you configure it to allow PT3 full access.

Yes, the cache is at 100%.

I was able to configure my antivirus to exclude PokerTracker so I no longer have to disable the antivirus.

The Hud refresh is still a problem. The refresh table appears to me to be correct. I tried a couple of different setups (setting the refresh table to just one entry, e.g. 1,1000000, and removing all entries from the table) but the HUD refresh still stops after several hands. Any other ideas?

Thanks for the help.

You need to set it from 0 to 1000000 (instead of 1) so that players with 0 hands are updated, but other than that that setting should be OK.
Please enable logging and restart PT3, then reproduce the problem at a single table and attach your log files to a Support ticket. Note when the stats stop updating so that we can find the relevant point in the logs.
Thanks.
