Bug in holdem_hand_player_combinations?

I have been trying to create some custom stats with holdem_hand_player_combinations and
used the following table for id_x_hand_strength posted by kraada as reference:

However on a board of 9d 7s 8s Ts Jc with 5c 5d as hole cards I get an id_x_hand_strength of 0 on both the flop and the turn.
According to the table it should be 4. flg_x_1pair is 1 for the flop and turn.
I am not sure if this is a bug. Maybe I am doing something wrong but up until this hand the table matched my own results.
